WRES celebrates its tenth anniversary

This month, WRES celebrates its tenth anniversary.  It’s been an amazing journey so far and we are grateful to all our loyal customers, suppliers and of course our people who have accompanied us on the journey and helped to make it a success.

The continuous improvement does not stop here, however.   Next year, we’ll be improving our systems, quality management and strategy even further to transition  from ISO9001:2008 to the newer ISO9001:2015

Stay tuned for more updates…

White Rock Receives ISO 9001:2008 Certification

“Quality is our ultimate objective,” said John Lee, one of the Directors.  “For us, obtaining ISO 9001:2008 certification was undoubtedly a rigorous process, but definitely worth it.  Ensuring our clients receive the best possible service from us will always be ongoing and this is a significant milestone in our continual efforts to improve.’
White Rock Engineering Services Ltd offers electrical installation and control panel manufacturing services. The ISO 9001:2008 Certification lasts for three years, requires a yearly audit and is one of the highest certifications a company can receive.

“This certification definitely sets us apart,” said Wesley Banza, Quality Manager, “We know it is the exception, rather than the rule, for a small engineering company to attain ISO Certification.”
ISO 9001 is a family of standards for quality management systems and is designed to help organisations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and employees. White Rock’s certification of compliance recognises that our policies, practices and procedures ensure consistent quality in the services and products that we deliver every day to our clients.

Our journey towards achieving ISO 9001:2008 began in January 2015.  We were very keen from the outset to ensure that the ISO framework was used to bring real value to our clients, rather than focusing on the accreditation for accreditation’s sake.   The ISO 9001:2008 applies to all aspects of our business. Producing quality work and continuous development is a key priority for us at White Rock.   The ISO accreditation shows just how far we’ll go to ensure the best quality of work for all of our clients and we’re proud of what we’ve achieved.
